Starting Monday 21st October, we will be running a fun summer program for new and experienced players aged 4-15.
The non-contact program will focus on fun and fitness as a way for new players to learn the basics of the game and experienced players to continue their development in the off-season. Participants will work in separate age groups with 4-10 year olds (two groups) running from 5PM and 11-15 year olds (two groups) running from 6PM.
All programs with be non-contact with an emphasis on fun, skills and fitness as follows:
