Starting Monday 19th October, we will be running a fun summer program for new and experienced players aged 4-17.
The program will focus on fun and fitness as a way for new players to learn the basics of the game and experienced players to continue their development in the off-season. Participants will work in separate age groups with 4-10 year olds (two groups) running from 5PM and 11-15 year olds (two groups) and girls 13-17 year olds running from 6PM.

All programs have an emphasis on fun, skills and fitness while introducing core rugby skills. Programs for u8s and up will build towards contact drills in the last few weeks of the program. Timing for the age groups will be :
